PHOTOS: DC Drag Queens Parade Down 17th Street for Annual High Heel Race

Drag queens and other revelers strutted their stuff east of Dupont Circle on Tuesday night during D.C.'s wildly popular annual High Heel Race, which features a costume parade, the aforementioned race, and, of course, plenty of fun.
