GE called the tree the most energy efficient in National Christmas Tree history. It will consume about 6,000 watts, compared to last year's 18,000 watts, and it will be outfitted entirely in LED lights -- 750 strings of white lights that cost just 14 cents each to run for the entire holiday season.
