Rape Suspect Arrested at Dulles

Customs and Border Protection officers at Dulles Airport arrested a man wanted in Minnesota on a rape charge.
Samson Mengesha, of St. Paul, Minn., was wanted for strong arm rape.
Mengesha, 23, a U.S. citizen, arrived Wednesday on a flight from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Officers determined there was an arrest warrant out for him.
He was then arrested and turned over to Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police for processing and extradition.
