Anne Arundel County Police have identified the 23-year-old man who was fatally shot in Laurel Tuesday night.
Alex Tyshawn Little Jr., 23, of Bowie was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the area of Russett Drive West and Ridgemoor Drive just before midnight.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
While the investigation is ongoing, police say the shooting does not appear to be a random act.
