Montgomery County Police have located the parents of a little boy who was found alone in a parking lot early Wednesday in Silver Spring, Maryland.
The boy was found at about 5:45 a.m. in a parking lot in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue, Montgomery County police said.
The child was found wearing a blue shirt and khaki-colored shorts.
Police asked for the public's help in finding the child's parents, then said in a 1:30 p.m. update that his parents had been found. Authorities did not provide more information on what led up to the boy to being found alone, or how his parents were found.
