Police said a University of Cincinnati student stripped at the security checkpoint at the Richmond International Airport on Thursday.
Aaron Tobey, 21, wrote a reference to the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment on his chest. The amendment protects against unreasonable search and seizure.
Tobey was interviewed by airport police and federal authorities.
He was given a citation for disorderly conduct and released.
His arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 10.
