A former Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration worker faces trial in Frederick for allegedly stealing nearly $88,000 from the agency's local office.
Fifty-three-year-old Joann Fleishell's trial is set for Monday in Frederick County Circuit Court.
She's accused of stealing the money from January 2007 to October 2008 while working as an assistant manager of the Frederick office.
The case is being prosecuted by the state attorney general's office.
