A man who was awaiting sentencing on a series of groping charges allegedly groped another woman days after his court appearance.

Jeremy Kaho Ng, 27, of Ellicott City, was convicted July 15 for groping three women last year. He was released on bond pending a hearing Aug 8.

Ng is now accused of groping a woman in a Target store in the 6100 block of Dobbin Road in Columbia July 17.

The woman approached a police officer to say that a man had followed her around the store and grabbed her buttocks and that he had then been seen waiting near her vehicle as she exited. The woman also said that a white Dodge Ram truck followed her vehicle when she left the parking lot, and the truck was later determined to be registered to Ng.

Police said that they were able to identify Ng as a suspect during their investigation. He turned himself into police Saturday. He is now charged with second-degree assault, stalking and a fourth-degree sex offense for the July 17 incident.

Ng had been awaiting sentencing for having inappropriately touched three woman in Columbia last year: One in an apartment, one in a Best Buy parking lot and one in the Columbia Mall parking lot.

He is currently being held in the Howard County Detention Center on $175,000 bond.
