A Woodbridge man is suspected of spying on hundreds of women over the last two years, according to police.
Fuel truck driver Michael C. McCarter, 40, was arrested Friday after a citizen tipped off police.
McCarter is accused of peeping on women in Fairfax County. Police say he could be connected to more than 200 cases in Franconia and about 50 each in the West Springfield and Sully districts dating back to 2011.

Authorities say that McCarter would inappropriately touch himself while watching women through their ground-level windows. Police say he targeted random women between their 20s and 50s.

Surveillance pictures show McCarter outside one of his victim's windows. Police say he was familiar with the neighborhoods he had frequented to spy on women.

Fairfax County Police say McCarter's victims ranged in age. So far, he has only been charged in three cases but police expect more charges once more victims come forward as the investigation continues.

Police recommend always fully shutting your shades and keeping outside lights on during the night.
