George Mason University Police say a building on the school's Fairfax campus has reopened Thursday following a bomb threat.
The written threat was found inside the Art and Design Building on the school's Fairfax campus overnight, according to a post on the school's website.
Police concluded their investigation just after 8 a.m. Thursday and say the building is safe. All classes scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. or later in that building will go on as scheduled.

The incident came just a day after Montgomery College's Rockville Campus beefed up their security due to a threat there. In that case,
a threatening graffiti message
was found in a stairwell Monday. The graffiti read, "school shooting 3-5-14." In January, someone found a similar threat at the school's Germantown campus.
