For the first time in over nine months, a full, regular-season NFL slate is in the books.

Although there's been just one week of football thus far, Week 1 gave us answers to many questions regarding the tight end position across the NFL.

George Kittle suffered a knee injury, returned, then failed to produce after that. Evan Engram was smothered by Pittsburgh's defense. Travis Kelce and Mark Andrews didn't miss a beat from last season. And has Dallas Goedert surpassed Zach Ertz?

There were a bunch of surprises in Week 1. Will they continue in Week 2?

2020 FANTASY FOOTBALL TE RANKINGS: WEEK 2 (STANDARD SCORING)

1. Mark Andrews -- Baltimore Ravens (vs. Houston)

2020 stats: 5 receptions, 58 yards, 2 TDs

Andrews picked up right where he left off in 2019, notching five receptions for 58 yards and two touchdowns in Baltimore's Week 1 victory over Cleveland. He is a must-start moving forward.

2. Travis Kelce -- Kansas City Chiefs (vs. Los Angeles Chargers)

2020 stats: 6 receptions, 50 yards, 2 TDs

Kelce is facing a tough Los Angeles secondary, but facing the Chargers without Derwin James is a good thing for Kelce fantasy owners. He remains a TE1 and is basically matchup proof.

3. George Kittle -- San Francisco 49ers (vs. New York Jets)

2020 stats: 4 receptions, 44 yards

Kittle suffered a knee injury in San Francisco's Week 1 loss to Arizona. He would return to the game but failed to haul in a pass after that. Kittle has a good matchup this week facing the lowly Jets, but his health remains a concern entering this week.

4. Darren Waller -- Las Vegas Raiders (vs. New Orleans)

2020 stats: 6 receptions, 45 yards

Waller didn't find the end zone in Las Vegas' Week 1 win but did have eight targets in the game. He'll have the chance to bounce back against a New Orleans team that let Tampa's TE3 in O.J. Howard find the back of the end zone in Week 1.

5. Zach Ertz -- Philadelphia Eagles (vs. Los Angeles Rams)

2020 stats: 3 receptions, 18 yards, 1 TD

The Eagles got Ertz involved early against Washington, but he was held in check after scoring an early touchdown. Look for the Eagles to get Ertz involved early this week against the Rams.

6. Hunter Henry -- Los Angeles Chargers (vs. Kansas City)

2020 stats: 5 receptions, 73 yards

Henry had a solid outing in Week 1, and now gets to face a Kansas City secondary that has struggled to defend tight ends dating back to last season.

7. Evan Engram -- New York Giants (vs. Chicago)

2020 stats: 2 receptions, 9 yards

It was a rough going in Week 1 for Engram, who was blanketed by that tough Pittsburgh defense. This week, he faces a less-talented Chicago unit. Engram owners, give him the chance to bounce back.

8. Dallas Goedert -- Philadelphia Eagles (vs. Los Angeles Rams)

2020 stats: 8 receptions, 101 yards, 1 TD

Did anyone have Goedert as the TE1 in fantasy following Week 1? Anybody? Well, that's exactly what happened. Goedert benefitted from Washington's defensive attack, limiting Zach Ertz while pressuring Carson Wentz. With the Rams likely to follow that successful gameplan in Week 2, Goedert could once again shine.

9. Jared Cook -- New Orleans Saints (vs. Las Vegas)

2020 stats: 5 receptions, 80 yards

Once again, Cook proved himself as a reliable target for Drew Brees with a solid 5/80 slash to begin the season. With Michael Thomas potentially sitting Week 2 with an ankle sprain, expect Cook to have a solid outing once again for New Orleans.

10. Noah Fant -- Denver Broncos (vs. Pittsburgh)

2020 stats: 5 receptions, 81 yards, 1 TD

Fant had an exceptional Week 1 and is looking every bit of Drew Lock's favorite target. He'd be a lot higher on this list if he didn't face Pittsburgh this week, the NFL's top defense who held Evan Engram to just two catches to begin the season.
