A prosecutor cautioned Thursday that Gov. Scott Walker isn't the target of the investigation and that the Wisconsin governor hasn't been accused of a crime, NBC News reported. The news comes a week after prosecutors released documents alleging that Walker was part of a "wide-ranging scheme" to illegally coordinate fundraising. "It is wrong for any person to point to this sentence in a legal argument as a finding by the special prosecutor that Gov. Walker has engaged in a criminal scheme. It is not such a finding," said attorney Randall Crocker.
