Ian McShane has been cast as Caesar, the leader of the seven dwarfs, in Snow White--this would be the one starring Kristen Stewart and Christ Hemsworth. So it looks like the little fellas are gonna be terrifying. The film is due June 1, 2012. (THR)

Annette Bening will play Paul Dano’s mom in He Loves Me, about a successful novelist who is hit with writer’s block, who eventually writes an imaginary love for himself who comes to life, to be played by Zoe Kazan, who write the script. Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris (Little Miss Sunshine) are directing. ()
Nia Vardalos will star in the upcoming film based on the line of American Girl dolls. She’ll play Jade Pettyjohn’s mother, but the plot of the film remains unknown. (THR)
