Two individuals were seriously injured following a police chase and crash at a Crystal City, Va. gas station.
U.S. Park Police Thursday evening tried to pull over a Dodge for a traffic stop in Downtown D.C.
"The units [Thursday] gave chase and lost it coming across the 14th Street Bridge," Lt. George Davis with U.S. Park Police told News4. "[Friday], they saw the same vehicle in the same area, and gave chase [again]."
The driver again did not pull over, and led police on a chase to Arlington County, Va.
The driver of the Dodge slammed into a Jeep at 23rd Street and Jefferson Davis Highway in Crystal City. The impact propelled the Dodge into a nearby Exxon station, where the car crashed into a gas pump.
The driver and two passengers ran from the scene, leaving behind a gun. News4's Jackie Bensen reported two arrests had been made.
Arlington County Police have been called in to help search for one suspect still on the lam.
