The man charged with firing shots at five public places in Maryland, including a National Security Agency building, will now appear in court next week.
Hong Young was expected to have a bond hearing Friday, but bad weather closed the courts. He's charged with attempted murder and assault in the first shooting, a Feb. 24 incident that wounded a 61-year-old man near a mall.
The string of shootings reported in central Maryland over the past week put police on alert. Neighboring police departments launched a large-scale manhunt, which ended Tuesday when Young was arrested.
Court documents show that Young told police that he heard voices telling him to shoot at a random driver last week.
No attorney is listed for Young in online court records.
