Gahiji A. Tshamba will appear before a District Court judge for a bail review, authorities said. The 15-year police veteran was being held without bail, as is customary for first-degree murder charges in Maryland. (Baltimore Sun)

Reddy hopes the company will become an influential part of the industry as these cars flow into the mass market. (The Capital)
