A man described as critically missing is suspected of an attempted bank robbery in Maryland, police said.
About 4:45 p.m. Friday, a man entered a Bank of America in the 900 block of Bay Ridge Road in Annapolis and handed a note demanding money to an employee, police said.
The employees barricaded themselves and called police, and the man left.
Detectives identified the man as 22-year-old Gregory Klemkowski.
Prior to the attempted robbery, a series of incidents caused family members to be concerned about Klemkowski, police said.
An arrest warrant was issued charging Klemkowski with the attempted robbery.
He may be driving a tan or silver Mazda sedan, maybe a Mazda 3, with Maryland War of 1812 license plates.
