A woman was fatally struck by a Fairfax Connector bus in a Metro parking lot Thursday night, Fairfax County Police confirm.
It happened around 10:45 p.m. in the parking lot of the Huntington Metro station in Virginia.
The woman died as a result of her injuries. Her identity has not been released.
It's unknown whether passengers were on the bus at the time.
The accident is under investigation.
