Police Investigate Germantown Homicide



    The family of one of two Montgomery County men killed about 24 hours apart believes he was lured and ambushed, News4's Jackie Bensen reports. (Published Wednesday, March 5, 2014)

    Montgomery County Police are investigating a the killing of a man in Germantown. 

    James Allen Frazier, 22, was found dead at the intersection of Oxbridge Drive and Route 355 around 10 p.m. Tuesday, when crews responded to the report of a shooting.

    Police say his death is being investigated as a homicide. 

    His family told News4 they believe Frazier was lured and ambushed.

    Authorities received a preliminary description of a suspect, but said early Wednesday that they haven't been able to confirm the description.

    Police said it's not clear whether Frazier and shooter knew one another. No other details have been released at this time.
