A driver was injured early Sunday morning when someone fired a shot from another vehicle on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, police said.
U.S. Park Police said two vehicles were going north near Powder Mill Road when shots were fired.
The driver of one of the vehicles was hit and pulled off the road to call police.
He was transported to a hospital and is expected to survive.
Two children also were in the vehicle. They were not hurt.
Police have no suspects.
