Man Wanted in Southeast D.C. Homicide, Assault

    Police need the public's help identifying a man wanted in a homicide in Southeast D.C. last month.

    Crews responded to the 3000 block of Stanton Road SE just after 11 p.m. Oct. 26 where they found two gunshot victims; a woman, who was transported to a local hospital in stable condition, and 23-year-old William D. Howard who was pronounced dead on scene.

    The suspect in the homicide and assault with intent to kill is pictured in the below video released by D.C. Police Tuesday.
