ISSUE, Md. -- A man in Charles County became the first in southern Maryland with a windmill in his backyard.
Ken Robinson's, of Issue, is trying to go green by using the windmill to generate electricity, but he needed a horse to help hoist it.
Robinson was not allowed to bring a crane to his home to get the windmill upright.
