A man accused in a series of violent home invasions targeting seniors has been indicted on 19 charges, including murder.
Jose Garcia-Perlera was arrested last month.
Montgomery county police said he targeted elderly women in the county and in Washington, D.C.
He's charged with breaking into their homes, robbing them, and holding them against their will.
The indictment alleges Garcia-Perlera killed one of the victims, Mary Francis Havenstein, 63.
