University of Maryland police are looking for a person who they say fired a gun near campus.
Officers arrested two other people just before 1:00 Saturday morning, but they say a third person got away.
Police haven't said what led to the shots being fired or whether anyone was hurt. They also haven't released a description of the gunman, who's still on the loose.
