A 69-year-old man who police say may have trouble communicating last seen in Northwest D.C. has been located.
According to police, James Ross was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. at the intersection of North Capitol Street and H Street NW. Ross was last seen wearing khaki shorts, a white T-shirt and black rimmed glasses.
Police said Ross was located Tuesday.
