Police in Loudoun County are asking the public to help identify a man found Sunday in Sterling, Va.
The adult male was found at the Community Plaza. Police say he was acting irrational and was unable to provide basic information, including his name or date of birth.
He is currently being treated and held under a temporary detention order.
