Molette Green

Ingredients

  • 3 containers of low-sodium chicken broth
  • Fresh neck bones (or ham hocks)
  • 3 lbs. of fresh green beans snapped and cleaned

Preparation

Boil the neck bones in broth with a touch of salt.

Add green beans and a touch of Cajun seasoning.

Cook to taste!
