Farrah Fawcett was released from an undisclosed hospital on Thursday after a brief hospitalization related to complications from a minor procedure, a rep for the star confirmed to Access Hollywood.
Accompanied by her longtime boyfriend, Ryan O'Neal, Fawcett was released on Thursday, her treating physician, Dr. Lawrence Piro, told People.

"Farrah was discharged [Thursday] afternoon from the hospital and is at home. She was accompanied by Ryan," Dr. Piro told the mag. "The pain from the hematoma has improved tremendously."
As previously reported on Access Hollywood, Farrah was hospitalized after a minor procedure led to some internal bleeding.

The actress is reportedly looking forward to celebrating Easter at home, Dr. Piro said.
"She's walking and in great in spirits and looking forward to celebrating Easter at home," Dr. Piro told People. "Her home has been stocked with her favorite teas and food and she's looking forward to enjoying them."
The 62-year-old was reportedly hospitalized last Thursday. Farrah has been battling anal cancer since her diagnosis in September 2006. Following chemotherapy and radiation, she was diagnosed as cancer free, only to find out in spring 2007 that the cancer had returned.
