Hearing Set in Baltimore on Port Covington Development

BALTIMORE (AP) — A hearing is scheduled on the Port Covington Development District.

Baltimore City Councilman Carl Stokes is reconvening the hearing on Wednesday in the War Memorial Assembly Hall in Baltimore.

The hearing will give the public a chance to provide verbal and written testimony on the $660 million special tax increment fund for the development district.

The hearing is before the council’s Taxation, Finance and Economic Development Committee.
