Stephen Strasburg Suffering From Tightness In Right Forearm

Last season, two body parts were at the center of attention in Washington, D.C.: Stephen Strasburg's right arm and Robert Griffin III's right knee.

Griffin attempted to assuage the fears of Redskins fans when he performed jumping jacks at last week's Draft Day party, but Strasburg's health is an issue once again after he left Monday's 3-2 loss to the Braves with tightness in his forearm.

"I think he's got a little tightness in his forearm," manager Davey Johnson told reporters. "So they're going to put him on some medication."

Johnson said that "it's too early" to tell whether Strasburg (1-4) will make his next scheduled start. That is, unless you ask Strasburg himself.

"I'm not missing my next start," he told reporters. "I'll tell you that right now."
