Tareq Salahi and Michaele Salahi, the White House party crashers, attend Pure Nightclub Jan. 16 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Apparently, Tareq and Michaele Salahi are couch potatoes.

As first reported by the Reliable Source, the White House Party crashers were being touted "as the stars of a cash-bar Potomac cruise ship party," hosted by lifestyle Web site Brightest Young Things.

We’re pretty sure partygoers rushed to buy their $25 tickets when they learned about the Salahis' scheduled appearance.

But Tareq and Michaele were not the "life of the party" Thursday night -- because they never even went. The Salahis backed out at the last-minute after hearing media would be on the boat, according to the Reliable Source. Tareq and Michaele are scared of a little "lights, camera, action"? Who knew?
