Police say a woman voluntarily got into a stranger's car at a Prince William County commuter lot before he exposed himself and sexually assaulted her.
The woman, 42, said she was at the Horner Road Commuter Lot in Woodbridge around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday when a stranger in an older white Honda sedan approached her and offered her a ride, according to a news release from police.
Police say she got into his car, but as the man drove north on Interstate 95, he exposed himself and sexually assaulted her.
He then dropped her off near exit 160, where she called a friend for a ride. She called police to report the incident around 9:20 a.m.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man between 28 and 32 years old with a thin build, short dark hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and beige pants.
