D.C. police are looking for three carjackers who pushed a man down, pulled a gun on him and stole his car-- on Christmas Day.

Investigators have now released surveillance video of the culprits in a convenience store minutes before the alleged crime. According to police, the three approached their victim as he got into his car near the intersection of South Capitol and Elmira streets in Southwest.

The man said they pushed him to the ground and threatened him with a gun. They got away with his car, which was found abandoned a short time later, police said.

Detectives hope someone might recognize the three men from the surveillance video. Two of the men were wearing black coats. The other wore a red coat.

If you know who the men might be, call 202-727-9099.
