Witness video shows a police boat apparently striking docked vessels in the Potomac River near Georgetown.

News 4’s Derrick Ward said one boat partially sank in the water and crews are working to refloat the craft. No one was on the personal boat at the time of the collision, around 7 p.m. Saturday.

A YouTube video shows a police boat making a sharp turn with lights and sirens on. It appears to strike boats that were near the shore, and then continue down river.

Ward said investigators are looking into the accident.
