For the second time this month, a woman reported being inappropriately touched while at a Dulles Town Center bathroom.

The first incident was reported May 14, when a 62-year-old woman reported a man reached under a stall and grabbed her. The suspect in that case is described as a black man in his early 20s, wearing jeans, a white T-shirt, a red or black hat and a black leather vest.

Police say a similar incident was reported around 11:30 p.m. Friday, when a 16-year-old girl was inappropriately touched by a man inside a stall next to her. The suspect in that case is described as a black man, standing 6'0", with a thin build and wearing a black jacket and red baseball hat at the time.
