First Lady Michelle Obama will take the mound Tuesday night before the Nationals take on the Chicago Cubs.
Mrs. Obama will be escorted to home plate by children from military families.
Now she won't be throwing out the first pitch, that honor will go to one of the children.
Tonight's event is part of her promotion of the Joining Forces program.
It's a nationwide effort to get people to support military families.
The First Lady will also take part in the Nationals' game day tradition of recognizing service members during the third inning.
Also, there will be in-game elements honoring service members and thanking them for their courage and sacrifice.
