High crimes, but no misdemeanors here.

Two people are under arrest in Fairfax County, Va., after police found approximately 115 pounds of marijuana in the back of their 18-wheeler, authorities said.

The truck was stopped on I-495 near Van Dorn Street last Wednesday for an equipment violation, police said. They found the marijuana in the truck's trailer after an investigation.

Alexis Javier Paz, 38, and Felix V. Rodriguez, 45, both of Miami, Fla., were charged with transporting controlled substances into the commonwealth and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

Paz was also charged with possession of cocaine.
