Four Shot, One Killed, in Southeast DC Incident

Metropolitan police said four people were shot and one person killed in a shooting incident in southeast Washington early Sunday morning.

Police said in addition to the person pronounced dead, one person was taken to the hospital in critical condition and two others were transported to the hospital. The deceased victim has been identified as Dwayne Gene Dillard, 23, of Southeast, Washington, D.C.

The shooting took place in the 2600 block of Douglass Place, Southeast.

Investigators said they have no information about any suspects. The identities of the victims have not been released.
