D.C. police are hoping someone recognizes the suspects who violently beat and robbed a man near 11th and R streets in northwest D.C. Saturday.
The suspects stole the man's bike after a horrific beating. The entire scene was caught on cell-phone video, where one suspect can be seen jumping up and down on the victim.
