The sex abuse trial against Redskins lineman Albert Haynesworth has been postponed until next month.
The Redskins' defensive lineman was scheduled to appear Monday morning.
His attorneys petitioned the court to delay the trial until August 23 in order to accomodate the schedules of some defense witnesses.
Haynesworth is charged with misdemeanor sex abuse after a waitress at the "W' hotel accused him of groping her back in February.
His attorneys were in court this morning to confirm the new date.
