A car plowed into a home in Olney, Md., just after 11:20 a.m. Wednesday, ending up in a pile of insulation next to the TV in the living room.
The 70-year-old man driving the car was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the Montgomery County Police Department said.
A husband and wife were home at the time but were not hurt. They will be staying with their son at least for tonight.
County building inspectors are looking over the home to determine if it is habitable.
The crash happened in the 19500 block of Olney Mill Road.
