Divers from Charles County and the Department of Natural Resources have found the body of a missing swimmer in the Triadelphia Reservoir.
According to Pete Piringer with Montgomery County Fire and Rescue, Avery Troix Williams, 19, from Germantown, was swimming with a group of friends when he disappeared about 6 p.m. Wednesday.
His body was found about 65 feet from shore and 25 feet below the surface.
The reservoir will re-open for recreation Saturday, but swimming is prohibited.
