D.C. police have made an arrest in the 2011 shooting death of an 18-year-old woman in Northwest D.C.

Deangelo Williams, 21, of Northwest D.C., was taken into custody Friday evening and charged with First Degree Murder while armed in relation to the death of 18-year-old Lucki Pannell. Authorities say that Williams was arrested by members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Pannell was killed in front of her home in the 3000 block of Sherman Avenue NW on the evening of February 19, 2011. Two men were found shot in the 700 block of Harvard Street Northwest.
