A northbound Kia Rio driven by 39-year-old Toykia Kenya Keys of Fort Washington, Md., struck the tractor-trailer at St. Barnabas Road in Oxon Hill, Md., before 1 a.m. Monday.

Speed and aggressive driving by Keys may have been factors in the crash, authorities said.
