Justin Bieber Won't Face Assault Charges for Laser Tag Incident

In this game of tag, Justin Bieber is decidedly not it.

The 16-year-old pop sensation has been cleared of assault charges stemming for an incident that occured at a Canadian laser tag park in October, reports CNN.

A spokeswoman for the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police told CNN that though they couldn't specifically comment on particular individuals involved due to their age, they could say that the investigation into the Bieber case was closed due to a lack of supporting evidence.

In the incident in question, Bieber allegedly assaulted a 12-year-old while playing laser tag in Richmond, British Columbia. The mop-haired "Baby" singer reportedly punched the younger boy in the face after being targeted by him during the game.
