Bieber Laughs Off Bullying

Justin Bieber might currently be the biggest teen pop star in the world, but the Canadian singing sensation said he's experienced his share of bullying.

"There are so many bullies. It goes on so much. I think that you should, especially if you are a bystander, you definitely should help out because it could be you next," Justin said during an interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" airing Wednesday.

"Everybody goes through bullying. Everybody has it, even me," he told Ellen. "On my YouTube page, there are so many haters. They just say crazy stuff. Like, I'm not mad. I'm 16 years old and I don't have chest hair and I'm not angry about it at the moment. That will come."

The young star said people have slammed him for the thing that has made him so famous.

"People are like look at him he puts helium in his voice before he sings," Justin continued. "You just have to laugh at yourself. It's funny."

Justin also told Ellen that he likes "to hang out with girls and date and stuff like every other 16-year-old."

He recently spent some time with fellow teen star Selena Gomez at a high school (?) football game, where he was also accompanied by Will and Jaden Smith – but Justin remained mum on details of a possible romance with the Disney star.
