Bryce Harper will be one of the National League representatives in next Monday's Home Run Derby.
Mets third baseman David Wright selected Harper as well as the Rockies' Carlos Gonzalez and Michael Cuddyer to participate. Harper will be the first National to ever take part in the annual event.
Harper has hit 13 home runs this season, tied with Adam LaRoche for second on the team behind Ian Desmond's 15.
