James Harden Declines to Answer Question on Status With Rockets

Harden declines to answer question on status with Rockets originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington

While the Houston Rockets have, in fact, got star guard James Harden to show up to training camp and participate in a couple of preseason games, it doesn't quite seem like Harden wants to be there after his comments at the conclusion of Houston's practice, Monday.

"No comment," Harden responded after being asked if he felt differently about the Rockets than he did when he arrived Dec. 8.

It was the only question Harden left unanswered in his two media availabilities since bypassing the start of Rockets camp, the Houston Chronicle reports. Harden was spotted partying in Atlanta, Las Vegas clubs during his time away from the team.

The Rockets added former Wizards point guard, John Wall and other talented pieces like center, DeMarcus Cousins and forward Christian Wood, however those moves apparently haven't done enough to garner a ringing endorsement from the three-time scoring champion.

The Rockets are set to open up their regular-season slate against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Dec. 23 at 8:00 PM.
