Full Crowds Allowed for Pro Rugby Team Old Glory DC's Final 3 Home Games

Full crowds allowed for pro rugby team Old Glory DC's final 3 home games originally appeared on NBC Sports Washington

Major League Rugby's Old Glory DC will allow full-capacity crowds of up to 5,000 fans starting June 12 for their three remaining home matches at Segra Field in Leesburg, Va.

With star players like Renata Roberts-Te Nana, Old Glory is looking to turn their season around as they sit in the basement of the tight Eastern Conference standings. Only six points off the top, Old Glory snapped a two-game skid last time out with a big win against Seattle thanks to a stifling second-half shutout.

As DMV's premier rugby outfit, Old Glory DC joined the league as an expansion team in 2019 and moved to play in Loudoun County in the soccer-specific stadium home of Loudoun United FC of the United Soccer League before the start of this season.
