Washington Capitals prospect Evgeny Kuznetsov is a teenager, so you can't blame him for being indecisive.
Yet, he has flip-flopped so many times regarding his playing status for next season that it's hard to keep track.
This time around, Kuznetsov has decided to stay in Russia:

Caps fans are sure to be disappointed, but considering how much Kuznetsov had cried wolf, perhaps that disappointment will be slightly muted.
Regardless, it is a huge blow to the Caps' future plans.
